We, at TEKLYNX, pride ourselves with providing our customers with the world’s leading software packages in AIDC, Print Management and Data Collection. As part of our commitment to our customers, we would like to take this opportunity to tell you of our latest offering to ensure that our customers are reaping all of the benefits that only the latest TEKLYNX products can offer.

The SMA (Software Maintenance Agreement) is an insurance agreement between you, our valued customer, and TEKLYNX. With an active SMA contract, you can update your registered TEKLYNX product as many times as you would like for the duration of the contract, thus ensuring that you can always be up-to-date and enjoy the latest benefits and technological developments that our software can offer.

An SMA contract can be purchased with a product or on its own (if you already have the latest version installed). Because it is a one-time cost for all of the updates available during the contract period, you can cut out all of the red tape normally associated with purchase approvals for software updates, saving you time and money.

In addition to free updates, you will also be given one electronic training guide for the product registered with an SMA. For those of you looking for something extra, we also offer the SMA Gold package which gives you unlimited technical support for the duration of your SMA contract.
